KIDNEY CONVERSATIONS with ReMend

Kidney Conversations with ReMend is a monthly, candid talk on the @ReMendUSA Facebook page with nephrology experts and former dialysis patients and transplant recipients.  Patients, their family, friends, or caregivers can learn about issues regarding chronic kidney disease, dialysis, diet adherence, treatment options and more. 

The one-hour Facebook Live event kicks off on Thursday, April 29th at 10 a.m. with the topic Making the Right Choice: Your Dialysis Treatment Options and will feature Dr. Steven Steinberg, Transplant Advocate, and retired CEO of Balboa Nephrology Medical Group (BNMG).  The conversation will be moderated by Cynthia Polis, Care Manager & Education Nurse at BNMG.  Attendees are encouraged to submit questions via Facebook or right here in our blog!

Kidney Conversations with ReMend was created to encourage patients with kidney disease make their own decisions and be an active participant in their kidney care.  We also hope to provide realistic optimism during an uncertain time in patient’s lives.
