Join our no-cost, online kidney support community today, and let us help you navigate through this difficult chapter together. In our kidney community, you'll have the opportunity to interact with fellow patients who share similar experiences, fears, and triumphs. Each meeting will be opened by our trusted mentors, who will lead the conversation, provide insights, and foster positive relationships among members. We're committed to creating this safe haven where you can openly discuss your feelings, ask for advice, and gain valuable knowledge from your peers. Who can join?
This group is open to all people who are currently receiving dialysis as a treatment for End Stage Renal (Kidney) Disease - ESRD or ESKD.

What to expect:
This is an open forum group guided by ReMend Mentors who will explain the goals of the group and open the conversation to participants.

• Groups will be limited to 6-8 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Each month, two sessions will be offered via the Zoom online video platform.

• The consent form must be submitted prior to participating.

• Please complete the consent form at least 24 hours before the meeting date. Thank you!
