Welcome to ReMend.
Together, we build resiliency and strength.
Providing peer mentoring for people on their kidney disease journey.
ReMend is here to support people living with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to make the best choices for your kidney health. We do this by connecting you with ReMend Mentors – other kidney patients who've been there and understand what you're going through. These meaningful conversations can offer valuable insights and support as you navigate your kidney journey.

ReMend Mentors are people who’ve lived the kidney journey themselves. They offer a listening ear, practical perspective, and real-life encouragement—so you don’t have to navigate this alone.
ReMend Online Kidney Support Community!
This is a community — not a formal support group. It’s a small, mentor-guided space where people living with kidney disease can connect, talk through real-life challenges, and share what’s helped along the way.
Bring your questions, your experience, and your voice — participation is what makes this community meaningful.
We’re here for connection and lived experience — not medical advice.

Let’s do this together.
ReMend Mentors aren’t social workers, nurses, or therapists. We’re individuals who’ve undergone dialysis and the kidney transplant procedure and are willing to share our knowledge to provide a humanistic approach to coping with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Mentors can engage with you to set goals surrounding all topics pertaining to coping, compliance, transplant and donation.
It’s important to know YOU have a voice and can be your own advocate thru a challenging and frightening period in your life. ReMend is here to help.
