Mama’s Kitchen is a wonderful nonprofit organization that for 30 years has provided home-delivered, medically tailored meals and nutrition services at no-cost to San Diegans battling critical illnesses including HIV, cancer, congestive heart failure, and type 2 diabetes. They are now offering home-delivered meals to individuals with chronic kidney disease.
