Your Next Step: Connection. Encouragement.
Community.

Join the ReMend Online Kidney Community — at no cost.
If you’re living with late-stage kidney disease and dialysis is part of your life, you shouldn’t have to figure everything out alone. Our small-group online meetups are a simple way to connect with people who get it—the questions, the routines, the emotions, and the wins.

Each session is mentor-led by trained ReMend Mentors (people who’ve lived the kidney journey). They’ll open the conversation, keep it welcoming, and help everyone feel comfortable jumping in—whether you want to share a lot, a little, or just listen.

Who can join?
This community is open to people diagnosed with Stage 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) through End Stage Renal (Kidney) Disease (ESRD/ESKD) — including those who are preparing for dialysis, currently on dialysis, or navigating transplant planning. If you’re not sure what stage you’re in, that’s okay — you’re still welcome to join.

What to expect:
This is an open forum group guided by ReMend Mentors who will explain the goals of the group and open the conversation to participants.

  • Small groups (6–8 people) so it feels personal, not crowded

  • Multiple sessions offered each month via Zoom

  • A mentor will welcome everyone, explain the flow, and guide the conversation

  • An “open forum” style—bring your questions, share what’s on your mind, or simply listen

  • First-come, first-served registration
