ReMend Online Kidney Community (No Cost)

Living with kidney disease can be a lot — the appointments, the decisions, the routines, the emotions, the wins. Our Online Kidney Community is a small, mentor-guided space to connect with people who truly get it and share what’s helping in real life.

Each session is led by trained ReMend Mentors — people with lived kidney experience — who help open the conversation, keep the space welcoming, and encourage meaningful participation.

We’re here for connection and lived experience — not medical advice.

Who can join?

This community is open to people living with CKD Stage 3 & 4 through ESRD — including those preparing for dialysis, currently on dialysis, or navigating transplant planning. Not sure what stage you’re in? You’re still welcome.

  • Multiple Zoom sessions each month
